About the knives

Brut Knives is a Belgian Company that entered the cutlery market in 2019 as Couteaux Damas. They focus on quality handmade knives with a raw and brut de forge look. We are big fans of their craftsmanship and this is why we are so excited to become an official retailer in the Baltics.

Each knife is forged from XC75 steel and carefully heat-treated to achieve a hardness of ~59 HRC, the perfect balance between sharpness and resistance. The narrow sharpening angle of 16° is perfect for delicate cuts.
